Cancellation Policy

Please note that any payment or deposit made for your appointment is non-refundable. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Your card details will be securely stored in your customer file when booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost. This policy is in place to respect our time and accommodate other customers who may have missed out on an appointment. In case you are unable to attend your appointment , you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place—just let us know in advance.
